We have a limit of two pets per apartment home. Please note that residents will be required to pay an initial non-refundable pet fee of $300 for each pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 each for two pets max. There will be a $200 refundable pet deposit on the first pet and $100 for the second. Certain breed restrictions may apply.Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply, and include, but are not limited to Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, and Karelian Bear Dog. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds will not be allowed.
